CHARACTER PROFILES (FYI)
WALLACE Life is never dull with enthusiastic, cheese-loving inventor Wallace. From the moment he wakes up each morning, his wacky inventions are in action – sliding on his slippers, buttering his toast and dishing up his porridge. He even uses an invention to diet! Wallace is a cheery chap but not always very wise. Luckily his faithful dog, Gromit, is always by his side to help him out when he ends up in a scrape.
GROMIT Wallace's long-suffering loyal pooch, Gromit, doesn’t express himself in words but his body language speaks volumes. Gromit cares a great deal for his master, even when he’s caught up in one of his harebrained plans and he often displays amazing courage when he ultimately rescues his master from danger. Always showing astonishing initiative, Gromit is definitely the more intelligent of the duo.
LADY COMPANULA TOTTINGTON Beautiful and wealthy heiress Lady Tottington is an aristocrat who longs for romance, but has yet to find the right man. The elegant owner of Tottington Hall, home of the Annual Giant Vegetable Competition, is the exquisite vegetable-loving “Hostess with the Mostest” of the show. Companula Tottington is a good soul, delightful, kind, and compassionate – with a hairstyle a cut above the rest!
