GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions as stated below apply to all competitions on www.singleparentbible.com.au unless otherwise stated.

1. Entry is free and open to all residents of Queensland Australia, except employees and associates of Tina Louise Industries Pty Ltd and their associated agencies.

2. The promoters of The Single Parent Bible competitions are Tina Louise Industries Proprietry Limited A.C.N 115 822 985/A.B.N 9607 6313 882.

3. To enter into any of The Single Parent Bible competitions log onto www.singleparentbible.com.au. Entry in the competition is automatic by clicking on the CONTACT US page link at the base of each competition, putting Competitions in the subject line and filling in the competition of choice in the Message box, including your name, address, e-mail address and phone number in the text, then click send. All entrants must also 'Like' The Single Parent Bible facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Single-Parent-Bible/135176646530106?v=app_4949752878&ref=ts. At times, there will be a level of skill involved, such as a colouring in competition, photograph entry, or written piece.

4. Maximum prize value is $300 per prize and up to $10,000 over 12 months.

5. To be eligible for competitions throughout the year all applications must be received and processed between the dates of 14/10/10 to 12 midnight 14/10/11. No application will be processed if all information is not entered and entry is strictly one per household, per competition.  Competition close dates are specified beneath each competition on The Single Parent Bible website and all competitions close at 12 midnight on the date specified.

6. There will be a single draw of names for the prize winner of each competition, descending in order of value which will take place in Ipswich, QLD. The result of the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The winner will be notified by email, or if not contactable by email, by telephone and written confirmation within 2 days of the draw. The name of the winner will be displayed on The Single Parent Bible website.

8. If the prize is not claimed by February 3rd, 2011 a further draw will be conducted and a despatch of notification issued, unless the prize is of a timely nature, then there will be a redraw until a winner is found.

9. The prize is not refundable or transferable and may not be converted into cash.

10. Tina Louise Industries Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage that any entrant or winner in this competition may suffer, whether as a result of the promoters' negligence or otherwise, except in relation to any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. We may also use the information we collect to notify you about important functionality changes to the web site, The Single Parent Bible services and special offers we think you will find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, email us.

12. Prize/s may be subject to availability and timing.

13. If the prize/s involves attendance at a place, function or venue, then it is the responsibility of the winner to transport themselves to and from the event.

14. Tina Lousie Industries Pty Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred by the entrant to enter the competition.

15. Tina Louise Industries Pty Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any delays in the mail service, or losses.
